Cost Calculations
Congratulations on a Job well done! All Cost Calculations are filed with HFS and the rates will be applied as soon as HFS releases them in a memo addressed to your Superintendent! Once those are received please email of fax us a copy.

FFS
The state wide vendor is only contracted for Administrative Outreach, therefore, your contract for FFS remains valid with Go Solutions.
If you haven’t noticed already we are trying to increase the revenue to your District by sending out Utilization Reports, making sure cost calculations are up to date with ALL related services and have a more hands on approach with each district.
What is a cost calculation?
A cost calculation is the rate your Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech, Psychologist, Social Worker, Audiologist, Nurse, and Health Aid submit for reimbursement in a 15 minute increment. So if your Speech sees a child with an IEP for 30 minutes a week, two Speech services can be submitted for reimbursement that week at the cost provided by the State.

ALERT: State wide Administrative Outreach Vendor not ready for April 1, 2009
What this means is NO changes for the April-June 2009 quarter for your district. You will still have your participants fill out their time studies and the Business Manager Worksheet under contract with Go Solutions.
